BookTranslate — AI book translation with three models checking each other
BookTranslate is a web application for translating whole books and long documents with artificial intelligence. Instead of handing your text to a single model, it lets Gemini, Claude and ChatGPT translate and review the same passage, then flags the sentences where they disagree so you only check what needs attention.
Translation runs with paragraph context and is reviewed sentence by sentence in a dual-pane editor. Before translating, a glossary of characters, places and terms is extracted so names and forms of address stay the same across the book. Headings, footnotes, images and the table of contents of EPUB, Word and PDF files are carried over; only the text is translated.
BookTranslate works in the browser — nothing to install. The interface is available in English, German and Spanish, and books can be translated between 50+ languages. It is developed by Besim Technology (Besim Teknoloji), Ankara.
